Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you film the sessions?

As a social-first non-profit, filming helps us raise awareness, grow our online community, and generate revenue through content, partnerships, and sponsorships. This allows us to keep sessions accessible and, wherever possible, free for the people who need them most. We always film respectfully and only with full permission from participants.

What are sit-down exercise sessions?

They are gentle, chair-based dance and movement sessions designed to keep people active, social, and moving safely at their own pace.

Who are the sessions for?

Anyone who wants to stay active in a supportive environment, especially older adults, people with limited mobility, or those returning to movement.

Is there a cost to take part?

No. We generate money via donations, funding and ad revenue from our content. This is why we film our sessions and distribute them on social media platforms.

Is it safe for people with mobility issues?

Yes. All exercises are designed to be done seated, with adaptations available so everyone can take part comfortably.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions typically last around 25–30 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down movements. Each time is different, though, and we baseit  on the audience.
